Office Relocation: IT Infrastructure Move
We move the entire IT infrastructure of an office relocation. The new site is prepared and tested before anything is unplugged, the move itself is executed over one weekend, and the business works normally on Monday. Preparation typically requires 1 to 2 weeks before the move date itself.

From practice
In every relocation the critical path is the same and it is rarely technical: it is the activation of the internet circuit at the new site. If the order goes in late, no amount of planning accelerates it.
That is why preparation starts weeks ahead and the move itself is the last, shortest part of the work. When the new site has already been tested, one weekend is enough.
Prerequisites
- Access to the new site at least two weeks in advance
- An internet circuit ordered early for the new site
- Access to systems and management credentials
- An agreed out of hours move window
Cost
Quoted as a project, with preparation of the new site and the move itself itemised separately. Out of hours work is shown as its own line, so the cost of the weekend window is explicit rather than buried.
We do not publish a price list. Every proposal follows a site survey and separates hardware from labour.
