New Office IT Setup
We deliver the entire IT infrastructure of a new office from one point of responsibility: cabling, network, Wi-Fi, phone system and Microsoft 365. Design starts from the floor plan while ceilings are still open, so nothing has to be torn out later. A full setup typically takes 2 to 4 weeks.

01Survey of the new space

04Phased implementation

From practice
The costliest mistake in a new office is not technical, it is timing: IT enters the conversation after the ceilings are closed and the furniture is in place. From that point, every missing network point costs several times more and is visible.
When cabling, network, wireless, telephony and cameras are designed together, one infrastructure serves every system and the installation crew passes through once. That is why we take on the whole project rather than a part of it.

Cost
Quoted as a whole, by phase, with materials and labour separated for cabling, network, wireless and telephony. The quotation follows a site survey, because cost is driven mainly by routing and point count.
We do not publish a price list. Every proposal follows a site survey and separates hardware from labour.
