Frequently asked questions

What does designing before installation mean?

That VLANs, addressing, firewall policy and rack position are settled before any cable is pulled. The cabling serves the network that will run on it, rather than the network being shaped by whatever cabling happened to be installed.

Do you hand over documentation?

On every project. A network diagram, the outlet to patch panel mapping, and configuration files for the active equipment. The documentation belongs to you, regardless of who continues the support.

Do you manage the network afterwards?

Yes, under a support agreement with 24/7 monitoring of critical systems, guaranteed response times and periodic reporting. Charging is monthly, based on users, devices and SLA level.

Which areas do you cover?

Our base is in Attica, with immediate coverage of the metropolitan area. We take on projects throughout Greece, as well as in Cyprus, and we support vessels regardless of their position.
