Terms of Use
The terms governing use of itsp.gr: who operates the site, what applies to its content and to third party trademarks, why the information on service pages is not a binding offer, and which limitations of liability apply to using the site.

itsp.gr is owned and operated by Ilias Tsaggalidis of Charalampos, a sole proprietorship trading under the name ITSP and the brand ITSP · Technical Solutions & Automation. These details are published under Article 22 of Greek Law 4919/2022.

2. Acceptance
Using the site means accepting these terms. If you do not agree with any of them, please do not use the site.
3. Content and intellectual property
The text, images, graphics, design and code of this site belong to ITSP unless stated otherwise. You may read, save and print them for personal or internal business use.
Republication, modification or commercial exploitation of the content without prior written permission is not permitted. Quoting an extract with clear attribution and a link to the source is acceptable.
Third party names and trademarks mentioned on the site, such as Microsoft, MikroTik, Cisco, Ubiquiti, Dahua, Hikvision, Ajax, Bitdefender, Synology, Starlink, Moxa, Veeam, Yeastar and Grandstream, belong to their respective owners. They are named solely to describe the equipment and software we work with, and imply nothing beyond the partnerships and certifications stated explicitly on our company page.
4. Service information and pricing
Service descriptions, delivery times and pricing models are indicative and do not constitute a binding offer. Every project is quoted after a survey or an inventory, in a written itemised quotation.
The timeframes given on service pages are typical ranges from our experience, subject to equipment availability and access to the site. Only the timeframes stated in the contract or in an accepted quotation are binding.
5. Third party links
The site may link to third party websites. We do not control their content or their policies and accept no responsibility for them.
6. Availability and limitation of liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the site available and its content accurate and current. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or freedom from errors.
We accept no liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, in particular in cases of intent or gross negligence.
The terms governing the services themselves, meaning service levels, response times and scope of coverage, are described on the SLA page and finalised in the contract.
7. Personal data
For data collected through the forms, the Privacy Policy applies, and for cookies the Cookie Policy.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Athens have jurisdiction for any dispute, subject to any mandatory law applicable to consumers.
9. Changes
These terms may be amended. The version in force is always the one published here, with the update date shown at the top of the page.
