Cookie Policy
This page explains which cookies itsp.gr uses and which categories they fall into. Strictly necessary cookies always operate, while statistics and marketing cookies load only after you give consent. You can change or withdraw your choices at any time.
This text is a complete draft and must be reviewed by a lawyer before publication. The cookie table is finalised once the analytics and advertising tools are switched on.
What cookies are
Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a website. They let a site remember your choices and measure how it is used. We treat equivalent technologies, such as browser local storage, in the same category.
The categories we use
Strictly necessary. Without these the site does not work. They require no consent, because they serve only the function you requested: keeping your language choice, protecting the forms from automated submission, and giving access to the site preview while it is under construction.
Statistics. These measure how the site is used, which pages are read and where visits come from. They load only after consent.
Microsoft Clarity is an exception and loads without consent: we use it solely to identify usability faults in the site itself, on the basis of our legitimate interest in the site working correctly. See the Privacy Policy for the legal basis and your rights, including the right to object.
Marketing. These allow measurement of advertising campaign performance on third party platforms. They load only after consent.
Campaign attribution (itsp_attr)
When you reach the site from an advertisement or a tagged link, the URL carries
parameters identifying the campaign (for example utm_source, utm_campaign,
gclid). We store them in a cookie of our own, so that if you later submit a
form we know which activity brought us into contact.
What this means:
- The cookie is ours (first party). No third party platform reads it and it is never sent to advertising networks.
- It holds only the parameters the advertisement itself put in the URL, the page you landed on, and the site you came from. It does not record how you move around the site.
- It does not identify you. It becomes meaningful only if you choose to submit a form, where it accompanies your request as source information.
- It lasts 90 days and is refreshed if you return through a new campaign.
We classify it as strictly necessary, as it serves the handling of the request you yourself submit and does not feed any advertising profile.

Data recorded when you submit a form
When you submit a form, alongside the details you fill in we record your IP address, your browser and operating system, and the page the request came from. These serve to protect against automated submissions and to handle the request properly. They are not cookies but information that accompanies every request on the internet. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Statistics and marketing cookies are not placed before you consent. If you do not consent, the site works normally and loads none of them.
Changing your choices
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time from the site cookie settings. Withdrawal takes effect from that moment and does not affect the lawfulness of what happened before it.
You can also delete or block cookies from your browser settings. In that case some functions, such as keeping your language choice, may not work as expected.
Personal data
Where cookies are linked to personal data, the Privacy Policy applies in addition, describing recipients, retention periods and your rights.
