About ITSP

ITSP was founded in October 2020. The trigger was not a gap in available services, it was how they were structured: a client who needed a network, telephony and cameras had to deal with three separate suppliers, and none of them held the complete picture.

The expertise behind the company is older than the company. Its founder brings 25+ years in the field, across technology, networking and electrical work together. That combination is what allows us to take on a project as a whole rather than as parts.

What we do

We operate as the external IT department of growing businesses. We take on networks and infrastructure, contracted technical support, maritime IT and satellite communications, Microsoft 365, servers and backup, cybersecurity, phone systems and physical security.

We do not sell technical hours. Our model is a monthly agreement based on users, devices and SLA level, so IT cost becomes predictable and our own interest is that incidents do not happen.

How we work

1. A meeting and a first survey, at your site or at our offices.
2. Requirements recorded, objective and timeline agreed.
3. A study and at least two options presented, with their trade-offs.
4. An itemised quotation separating materials and labour.
5. Phased delivery, with critical changes outside working hours.
6. Handover with documentation that belongs to you.
7. Ongoing support under agreement, where agreed.

Documentation is not negotiable. The network diagram, equipment and licence register, configuration files and credentials are handed to you, regardless of whether the relationship continues. The most common state we inherit is exactly the opposite: infrastructure with no records, from a provider who left.

The figures below cover the founder's full professional career, which predates the founding of ITSP in 2020. We state it that way deliberately: "25 years in the market" next to a company founded in 2020 would be a contradiction.

As a company, ITSP is a certified Microsoft partner (CSP and Solutions Partner for AI Business Solutions) and a Bitdefender partner, with manufacturer certifications for video surveillance: Dahua (DHCA) and Hikvision (HCSA).

The reason we publish them is straightforward: most IT company websites in Greece are anonymous, with no named people and no verifiable certifications. A client handing over their entire infrastructure is entitled to know who is taking it on.

Values

Three of them, and they are operational rather than decorative.

Consistency. Whatever is agreed in response time and in deliverables is met, or it is flagged in advance that it will not be.

Discipline. The study precedes implementation, documentation accompanies handover, and preventive maintenance runs to a schedule rather than whenever there is time.

Honesty. We say what we do not take on, where we are not the right choice, and when a cost is not necessary. Every service page carries a "who this is not for" section for exactly that reason.

Where we operate

Based in Attica, with immediate coverage of the metropolitan area. We take on onsite projects throughout Greece and in Cyprus, with travel for larger projects by arrangement. Onsite work, such as structured cabling, camera and access control installation, and new office builds, stays within Greece.

We are open to clients outside Greece for services that travel without limits: managed IT and remote support, Microsoft 365 and cloud, cybersecurity, backup and disaster recovery, VoIP, monitoring, and consulting, available across Europe and worldwide. For shipping clients, remote vessel support does not depend on where the vessel is, and this was already true before this international opening: maritime IT has always been global by nature.
