    Which accounts are active, where MFA is missing, and which access belongs to people who have left.

  • Internet exposure

    Which devices reply from outside, usually camera recorders or machines still on factory credentials.

  • Licences and cost

    What is paid for and unused, and which roles hold a more expensive plan than they need.

  • Network

    Whether VLAN separation exists, where documentation is missing, and what drives repeat incidents.

  • Patching

    Which systems and which network equipment have not received security updates.

    We understand your size and systems, and agree what we will look at and with what access.

    A site visit or remote inventory, depending on the infrastructure. Typically 2 to 5 working days.

  3. 03Findings presented

    We hand over the written report and talk it through. If you need nothing from us, we say so.

So there is no misunderstanding

  • It is not a penetration test. We do not attack your systems, we document them.
  • It is not a certification or legal compliance project. We do not take those on.
  • It is not a commitment. The report is yours even if we never work together.
  • It is not fault diagnosis. If something is already broken, that needs a separate visit.

Frequently asked questions

Why is it free?

Because without an inventory we cannot make a serious proposal, and you cannot compare proposals. The report is yours even if we never work together.

How much of our time does it take?

A short conversation at the start, and access for the inventory. The inventory itself typically takes 2 to 5 working days and runs without interrupting your operation.

What access do you need?

Read access to the systems we agree to look at, and details of your providers. The scope is agreed in writing before we start, and we touch nothing outside it.

What if you find something serious?

We tell you immediately rather than waiting for the report. If it is an active issue, such as an exposed device or a suspicious mail forwarding rule, you hear about it straight away.
