Onsite IT Support
We attend your premises when a problem cannot be resolved remotely: hardware faults, rack and cabling work, workstation deployment. The engineer arrives already holding the incident history, and every job is recorded in your infrastructure register so documentation stays current after each visit.
Who it is for
- Businesses with equipment that needs physical intervention
- Warehouse and production sites where terminals are critical
- Companies that prefer scheduled attendance to emergency call-outs
- Organisations with several sites in Attica and beyond
When we are NOT the right choice
- If the incident can be resolved remotely and a visit is wasted cost
- If permanent on-site engineer presence is what is required
- If the request concerns home equipment
PROCESS
The process
Indicative times from signature of the proposal, subject to hardware availability. Every project is shaped to the size and the needs of the client.
01Request assessment
We check remotely first. If the problem is physical or cannot be resolved remotely, a visit is scheduled.Time: On reportDeliverable: A decision on whether attendance is needed
02Scheduling
Contract customers hold priority and a defined number of visits. The appointment is set with an expected duration.Time: By SLA priorityDeliverable: An agreed appointment with expected duration
03Preparation with history
The engineer arrives holding the equipment register and incident history, so no time is lost repeating the same diagnosis.Time: Before attendanceDeliverable: An engineer briefed on the estate
04Work on site
We work on the equipment, the rack or the cabling. If a part is required, a clear next step with a timeframe is given.Time: Usually within the same visitDeliverable: Restoration or a clear next step
05Recording and register update
Every change is recorded in the infrastructure register, so documentation stays current after each visit rather than drifting.Time: At closureDeliverable: Updated register and job report

From practice
An on-site visit is the most expensive support tool available, which is why it is not the first one. We always check remotely first, not to avoid the journey, but because half the value of a visit is lost when the engineer arrives without a diagnosis.
When attendance is genuinely necessary, the difference shows in the preparation: the engineer already holds the equipment register and the incident history for that specific site.
Prerequisites
- Access to the site and equipment during the visit
- A contact person present or reachable
- Access to system management credentials
- Notice of any site security restrictions
Cost
Under contract, visits are either scheduled or prioritised within the monthly charge. Outside a contract, attendance is charged per incident based on duration and distance, with an estimate provided before scheduling.
We do not publish a price list. Every proposal follows a site survey and separates hardware from labour.
What moves the cost
- Distance and travel time
- Duration and complexity of the work
- Whether out of hours attendance is required
- Whether an active support contract is in place
