Zones are defined around how the business actually runs rather than around the floor plan alone, alerts are routed to the right people, and the alarm is integrated with cameras and access control wherever they exist.

From practice
The most common failure in a commercial alarm is organisational, not technical: the system arms as a single block, someone stays late, and after a few false alarms the system is left permanently disarmed.
That is why the design starts from the shift pattern rather than from the floor plan. When the zones match how the business actually runs, the system gets used.
Prerequisites
- Access to the site for the survey, and floor plans if they exist
- Mains power at the equipment positions
- A stable internet connection wherever remote access is required
- A named decision maker on your side for the project
Cost
Every project is quoted after a site survey, with hardware and labour listed separately. There is no price list, because two sites with the same number of points can differ substantially in cost.
