TURNKEY SOLUTION

Turnkey IT: one company for your whole infrastructure

We deliver the entire technology infrastructure of a site as one project: structured cabling, network, Wi-Fi, phone system, Microsoft 365, servers and security systems. One point of contact, one study, one timeline and one documented handover, instead of five suppliers who do not coordinate with each other.

WHY ONE PROJECT

The cost of multiple suppliers is not in the quotation

It shows up in the gaps: who pulls the cable for the cameras, who is accountable when calls break up because the network gives voice no priority, and who answers when nobody admits the problem is theirs.

HOW THE PROJECT RUNS

Five phases, one point of responsibility

  1. 01Survey and inventory

A site visit, floor plans, point counts and an inventory of existing infrastructure. Typically 2 to 5 working days.

  2. 02One unified study

We design cabling, network, voice, cloud and security together, so one infrastructure serves every system.

  3. 03Two costed options

We present at least two alternatives with their trade-offs. Typically 3 to 7 working days after the survey.

  4. 04Phased delivery

Cabling and rack first, then active equipment, wireless, telephony and security systems. Each phase is handed over tested.

  5. 05Handover and support

Documentation, administrator training and, where agreed, a support agreement with guaranteed response times.

Frequently asked questions

Do you have to take on everything?

No. The composition is set during the survey and often covers three or four parts rather than all of them. The point is that whatever shares the same infrastructure gets designed together, so the same work is not done twice.

How long does a complete project take?

A full new office IT setup, meaning cabling, network, Wi-Fi, phone system and Microsoft 365, typically completes in 2 to 4 weeks from signature, subject to equipment availability.

Will you work with our existing suppliers?

Yes, where needed. We take on coordination with other trades and with providers, and the points that depend on them go into the timeline explicitly as dependencies.

What do we receive at handover?

You receive a network diagram, an outlet labelling schedule, an equipment and licence register, the configuration files, and the credentials handed over securely. The documentation stays yours, whoever continues the support.
